AXB (hereinafter "AXB") intends to register as a corporation, AXB Co., Ltd.; until such registration, the personal information controller under this Policy is the individual designated below as the Chief Privacy Officer. Upon registration, AXB Co., Ltd. will succeed to the rights and obligations hereunder, and such succession will be announced in this Policy. AXB complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations, and processes the personal information of data subjects as set forth below.

Personal information is collected when users directly complete and submit the request form on the website. When a request is sent, access records of the intake server (IP address, browser information, access date and time) are generated automatically.
Personal information is used solely to reply to free assessment and remote demo requests and to conduct consultations and demonstrations. It is not used for sending advertising information.
Personal information is retained for up to one (1) year after the consultation ends for the purpose of managing consultation history, and is destroyed thereafter. It is destroyed immediately upon a request for deletion. Destruction is carried out by deleting the relevant records from storage in a manner that prevents their recovery.
If transmission fails because the intake server cannot be reached, the information entered is stored in the user's browser, up to 20 entries for up to 30 days, and is automatically resent at the user's next visit. It is removed from the browser when transmission is completed, when the server rejects the submission, or after 30 days have elapsed, and may be deleted at any time by clearing the site data in the browser.

Right to refuse consent: You may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information. However, as the company name, contact name and phone number are necessary to reply to consultation requests, your request cannot be accepted if you refuse consent. This website is operated prior to the registration of AXB Co., Ltd., and submitted personal information is managed directly by the Chief Privacy Officer above. Requests for access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing under Section 6 are received through the same contact, and the results are replied to within 10 days of receipt.
The AX pain-point checklist on this website (checklist.html) stores entered data only in the user's browser and does not transmit it to AXB servers. The optional AI enhancement feature calls the Gemini API of Google LLC directly using the user's own Google API key, in the course of which the company name, name, department and selected pain points entered are transmitted to Google's servers located in the United States. AXB does not receive or retain such key or data.
